0475(2)(a)(v) Licensee stated that this accusations didn't take place in her child care. Licensee was notified via text message on March 3, 2022 by the child's father Bryce Bitterman and licensee Zodrow didn't call to report this information - as a mandated reporter the responsibility is to call any information that is provided to the licensee and the department needs to follow the process to investigate if is found or unfounded.
